Processing of applications is conducted in accordance with section 2 of
Rules of service.
Reglament only in simple terms explains and supplements information.
Customer Support
On weekdays: from 10 AM to 7 PM, by telephone, Skype, ICQ, e-mail, online chat and via the feedback form.
On weekends/holidays: only on ICQ and e-mail (from 0 to 1 once a day).
Order processing
According to the Rules of service we guarantee the processing of order within 24 hours during Operator working hours**.
However, it is usually:
- Webmoney charge:
- payment on Privat24 (auto): within 5 min. 24/7/365 (without weekends*)
- payment in any other way: during 10 – 60 min. (Operator working hours**)
- cash payment in the office: within 5 min. (office schedule)
- get funds from Webmoney purse:
- to PrivatBank card: within 5 min. 24/7/365 (without weekends*)
- receipt in any other way: during 10 – 60 min. (Operator working hours**)
- cash receipt in the office: within 5 min. (office schedule)
* If order can not be processed by technical or other reasons, automatically,
processing is done within 24 hours during Operator working hours**.
** Operator working hours
On weekdays: from 10 AM to 7 PM
On weekends/holidays дни: standby. This means that the operator proceeds to the processing / verification of applications from 0 to 2 times a day.

The period of weekend / holidays can be formed a special schedule of the Service, as well as limit the processing orders.
